Paradoxides teleports the party to the Swamp-City of Yarr to investigate it in late winter, before the flies swarm and the crocodiles are active. The party explore the swamp and find ancient stones and tunnels that lead under the ruins. Exploring undeground, they encounter venemous snakes, a giant toad and lizard men. Coming to a large, flooded cavern they can see on the opposite bank of the pool (or lake – they never tested it for depth) a throng of lizard men led by a Spirit Naga who shot lightning bolts at them. The party retreat to plot their next move, as the subterranean nest seems too large for the resources available.
